  • 3 cups water
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
  • 2 cups mangoes, flesh,mashed
  • 1 cup orange juice, fresh
  • 12 cup lemon juice, fresh

Directions

  1. Heat the water with the sugar and the orange peel over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Cool down to room temperature.
  3. Add the mango flesh and the orange and lemon juices and mix well.
  4. Serve cold.
