I saw a recipe for a mango cocktail, but I don't drink alcohol, so I came up with this little goody! The original recipe called for champagne.
- 1 lime wedge
- sugar, for rim
- 1⁄2 ounce mango puree
- 3 ounces white grape juice (or sparkling grape juice)
- Moisten the rim of a champagne glass with the wedge of lime. Dip the rim into granulated sugar. Add mango puree and grape juice.
- Decorate glass with lime wedge. Enjoy!

First be sure to chill your juices. I pureed a fresh mango with an ice cube then topped with chilled sparkling water. Easy and delish!
