Cooking Light. March 2003. Cooking time is freezing time.
- 3 cups coarsely chopped peeled mangoes
- 1 cup ice cube
- 1 cup mango nectar
- 3⁄4 cup white rum
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped of fresh mint
- Place mango in freezer for 1 hour.
- Combine mango, ice cubes, and remaining ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
