Quick, easy, tasty margaritas!
- 1 (10 ounce) canfrozen margarita mix
- 1 cup mango nectar
- 1⁄2 cup tequila or 1⁄2 cup mango nectar
- 2 cups cracked ice
- 1. In blender, place all ingredients except ice. Cover; blend on high speed until blended.
- 2. Add ice. Cover; blend until smooth and slushy.
Oh yum, veggie Jen. These Mango Margaritas were wonderful. We really enjoyed them on this unusually warm evening (at least for our region). I look forward to making these again for our next Cinco de Mayo party. Salud! Made for the Spring 2014 Pick-A-Chef event.
