Ingredients:

1 teaspoon
unflavored gelatin
-
1/3 cup peach nectar or 1/3 cup
apricot nectar
-
2 (6 ounce) cartons non-fat vanilla yogurt or 2 (6 ounce) cartons
fat-free peach yogurt

8 2/3 ounces jars mangoes, slices drained or 1 (8 ounce) can
peach slices, drained
Directions:

In a small saucepan combine the unflavored gelatin and peach or apricot nectar.

Let stand about 5 min.

Cook and stir over mediium heat until gelatin is dissolved.

In a blender or food processor combine gelatin mixture,yogurt,and drained mango or peach slices.

Cover and blend until smooth.

Spoon mixture into 8 3 ox.

Cover each cup with foil.

Cut a small slit in the center of each foil cover and insert a rounded wooden stick into each.

Freeze pops for 4-6 hours or until firm.

To serve, remove foil and tear away cups from pops.
