- 1⁄2 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 serrano peppers, minced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
