This cooling yogurt drink is great with a spicy meal.
- 3⁄4 cup dannon nonfat plain yogurt (6 oz.)
- 1⁄2 cup lowfat 1% low-fat milk
- 1 cup frozen sliced mango
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- Add everything together in blender.
- Blend for about 30 seconds.
- Makes about 2 cups, drink with a straw!
Had to substitute vanilla yogurt and it was also delicious. Very easy and refreshing. Also good with skim milk.
