A refreshing drink either suitable while eating a hot meal OR for a hot day to cool down. 1 medium fresh mango can be used instead of the canned.
- 200 g yoghurt
- 1 1⁄3 cups cold water
- 450 g mango slices in light syrup
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon saffron
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and and process until smooth.
We had this as an afternoon treat today. YUM! I think some pineapple would add a fun element to this as well. Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT8 for India.
