Lassi, a cooling yogurt drink is a treat. It is easy to make at home, and Mango is one of the traditional fruit flavors used.
- Remove flesh from mango, discarding skin and seed. You should have about one cup of mango.
- Combine mango, water and yogurt in blender.
- Blend on medium til well combined and smooth.
- Serve at once.
- Leftover lassi can be tightly covered in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Stir before serving.
This is a very thick lassi so extra water could easily be used. I like the absence of sugar - a good mango is sweet enough!
