Mango Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie

I'm sure this one has been done before, but I came up with it independent of a cookbook. It's delicious! If you want it to be thicker, try adding less pineapple juice. If you want a less sweet version, omit the strawberry sorbet and replace it with nonfat frozen yogurt!

Terrific combination of fruit that go well with the pineapple juice. I've tried it both ways & prefer the frozen yogurt for the less-sweet version. Good enough for a dessert, in my opinion, or a filling snack. It's GOT to be good for you too!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 mangoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 large kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry sorbet
  • 1 12 cups pineapple juice

Directions

  1. Put all of the above in your smoothie-maker or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
