This is a delicious recipe. The first time I made it ended with everyone asking when the next time I was going to make it. Easy to make a larger batch for parties too.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup ripe mango, diced
  • 12 cup jicama, diced
  • 1 roma tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly-squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice, freshly-squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 12-1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • salt


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let sit in the refrigerator for a couple hours before serving. -Enjoy!
