My almost 7 year old daughter invented this delicious smoothie today, and her first request was that I enter in on Recipe Zaar! This would be perfect for breakfast or an after-school snack. Best flavor when you use fresh fruit, as opposed to canned.
- 1 large ripe mango, cut up (about 1-1/2 cups)
- 1⁄2 cup fresh pineapple, cut up
- 1 (6 ounce) container vanilla yogurt
- 6 -8 ice cubes
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend.
I made this recipe without the ice cubes and used about a tablespoon of honey. Delicious!
