      Yum! I made this recipe today for a friend and I. I got two drinks out of it. Very smooth! I also used frozen mango so decreased the ice in it.

      I used more mango, sugar and rum, and initially felt that this recipe was missing something. However, after blending I plopped the slush into a ziploc baggie and then into the freezer for a later party. After sitting in the freezer for a couple of days, the flavors seemed to mesh better. Thawing the baggy for a bit, I could squish out just enough for a glass or 2 as needed. No blender mess during the party.

      This is the same recipe I use, and they are wonderful! We use hurricaine glasses, and I think we get two big drinks out of this. Perfect on a hot day, and they are even a pretty color.
