A tasty treat that is quick and easy to make. I haven't an ice cream maker, so whipped it a couple of times as it was freezing. Well worth making and healthy with it. Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap March 2013.
- 2 1⁄2 cups chopped fresh mango
- 1 lime, juice of
- 13 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
- 1⁄2 cup sugar-free honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
