Mango Caipirinha

This is a mango version of the famous Brazilian cocktail.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lime wedges
  • 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 14 cup mango juice
  • 3 tablespoons cachaca
  • crushed ice


  1. Using the back of a wooden spoon or a pestle, mash the lime wedges in a short, wide glass. Be careful not to crush the lime skin or you'll end up with a bitter taste.
  2. Remove the wedges.
  3. Stir the sugar into the lime juice.
  4. Pour in the mango juice and cachaca.
  5. Add ice.
