This is such a simple recipe! This butter tastes wonderful with almost any type of bread, but especially with sweet bread or bread that contains fruit. This will last one week in the fridge.
- In a medium bowl, beat the honey, butter and mango together with a wooden spoon or electric beater.
- Transfer to a small bowl and serve with bread.
This was just wonderful on poppy seed bread!!!! And it didn't even last 3 days in my house!!!!! We have gone thru 3 loaves of bread which is heaps for my family. Try this recipe, you will love it!

This was lovely although I must admit I didn't stick to the proportions in the recipe. I had 3/4 cup of mango and used 1/2 cup of honey. That seemed enough honey for our tastes. I estimated the butter. Nevertheless it turned out great and I can't stop eating it!
