Healthy, delicious fruit in a simple tangy honey-ginger dressing. A nice change to 'regular' fruit salad.
- 1 large mango
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 354.88 ml blueberries
- 14.78 ml fresh lemon juice
- 177.44 ml nonfat yogurt
- 4.92 ml honey
- 9.85 ml minced candied ginger
- Combine dressing ingredients and pour it over salad.
- Serve on watercress, if desired.
I'm eating a bowl of this as I type, and it is FABULOUS. I used the fruit directed, but changed the dressing a bit: peach soy yogurt since that was all I had, and I didn't sweeten it. I used a little fresh minced ginger. It tastes amazing, I can't wait to make it again already! Thanks SO much for posting!
