Mange tout means "eat all" in french once you make this that's what you will want to do!
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 225 g mange-touts peas, topped and tailed
- 1 small potato, diced
- 25 g butter
- 600 ml vegetable stock
- 300 ml milk
- Melt butter and sauté onion until transparent.
- Add mange tout, potato and stock.
- Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Take off heat, add milk and liquidize. Reheat if needed.
