    I played around awhile with spanish rice. So far this is the best! I only use 2 tablespoons of the Green Chiles but that depends on the amount of heat you want! Im sure you could tweek this if youd like but we like it like this! Give it a try

    Directions:

      Cook Beef and Onion in a large pot (I use a chili pot). Drain fat. Add chilli's, salt, pepper,garlic and accent. Stir well. Add tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes. Cook on low 10 minutes. Add chopped tomato. Cook another 20 minutes over low heat. Add cooked rice and mix well. Add water. Cook another 10 minutes over low heat until hot and bubbly. I serve this with bread and butter.
