Mandy's Buffalo Chicken Dip

A great and pretty fast dip with a bit of a kick.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, light is OK (16 ounces total)
  • 12 cup butter
  • 2 (12 1/2 ounce) cans chicken
  • 8 ounces grilled chicken (small package)
  • 8 ounces buffalo wing sauce (half a bottle of Franks or Otts)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  3. Melt butter. Mix melted butter, canned chicken, grilled chicken (shred with your hands) and wing sauce.
  4. Pour chicken mixture over cream cheese.
  5. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and mixtures bubbles.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips and/or crackers.
