  1. Combine turkey, water chestnuts, celery, green onion, green pepper, and eggs in a bowl.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and orange juice.
  3. Pour over turkey mixture and combine well.
  4. Serve on leaf lettuce, garnished with mandarin oranges and almonds.

Good Salad. Loved the flavor combination of the mayo and orange juice in the dressing and the crunchiness of the celery and water chestnuts. Only thing I left out was the green pepper - had none in the house. Thanks, Mae.
