A wonderful mixture of fruit and vegetables with a very tasty Viniagrette dressing.

Excellent. I twisted it a tad, removing the peppers and avocado, but it was delicious.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Wash lettuce and tear into small pieces.
  2. Cut cucumber& tomatoes in slices.
  3. Core, seed and slice green pepper.
  4. Peel& slice avocado.
  5. Slice radishes.
  6. Peel peach& cut into wedges.
  7. Cube pineapple slice.
  8. Hull& cut strawberries in half.
  9. Arrange all ingredients in a large bowl.
  10. Just before serving, dress with orange vinaigrette.
  11. For the Dressing: In blender, chop garlic and parsley.
  12. Add vinegar, sugar, salt& pepper.
  13. Process to mix.
  14. With motor running, gradually add orange juice and oil.
  15. Makes about 1/2 cup.
