I thought this was fantastic - I tried it on my family and they loved it - then used chicken instead of pork for guests

I made a few adjustments to this recipe. One was to add 1 1/2 T. of Dijon mustard to the sauce. This gave a little bite to the sauce, which completmeneted the sweetness. Also, instead of the water, I used a dry white wine.

We liked this very much, I only had about a quarter of a green pepper so I added a small sliced onion and a small jalepeno pepper. I just did two boneless chops and cut most of the ingredients in half, except for the canned oranges. Turned out a very tasty meal, thanks for sharing.
