If you want it to be thicker, like a smoothie, use less ice / liquid... I used the amounts listed. Or you can replace the water with milk or juice, and add a drop of orange extract for stronger flavor.
- 4 ice cubes
- 1⁄2 cup orange-flavored water (I used Fruit2O)
- 1 (5 1/3 ounce) carton nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 (4 1/3 ounce) snack cup mandarin orange segments, in juice
- Crush ice cubes with liquid in a blender. Add yogurt and orange segments in juice, and blend until smooth.
