I, too, found the dressing to be a little too thick. So I just added all the mandarine orange juice plus a little white wine. I really liked it and I think this dressing would give a nice "Asian" flair chicken as well. Thanks DiB's.
This was a really easy recipe to make. It was okay. But the dressing was a little overpowering. I've had peanut dressings before. This one seemed a little much against the salad like it needed to be thinned out. May just be me though. It was pretty good over all.
