- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 2 (8 ounce) cans mandarin oranges
- 1⁄3 cup orange, juice- frozen concentrate
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
directions
- Bake boneless skinless chicken breasts for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- In skillet: Melt orange juice, add brown sugar and nutmeg. Wisk down- add corn starch and a little water. Add mandarin oranges last. Heat up and let it sit to thicken. Pour over chicken.
