A terrific light lunch or add some potato salad for a complete meal on a hot summer night! I poached 2 chicken breasts, cut them into strips, but omitted the grapes as they are very expensive at this time of the year. Thanx Trisha!

Great salad. I ommited mayo and added only 1/3 cup of oil to the dressing, also I used granny smith apples insted of grapes. Came out great, low fat, full of flavor and easy to make. Thank you.

This is a lovely luncheon salad and so easy to make. The dressing just sets it off. Thanks, Carole in Orlando

Wow, what a wonderful salad and dressing. Daughter and hubby said it was the prettiest and yummiest salad yet. This is a keeper. Thanks for sharing. - Helen

This salad made a wonderful light meal for a warm summer evening. Even DH, who tends not to favor salad as a main dish, complimented me on the meal. I didn't have any celery & used Splenda instead of the sugar in the dressing (I find that no one in the family notices it when I sneak that in). Otherwise I folowed the recipe exactly. I threw some dried cranberries into the portion I saved to take to work tomorrow. Thanks, Trisha!

Light and refreshing, that's what this salad is. We loved the combination of flavors and textures. The slivered almonds gave it a nice crunch. The salad dressing is wonderful and will go well with a variety of salads. Thanks for sharing this wonderful salad, Trisha Wright. :-)

Oh, this is so good! I love chicken salad and this is so different. Mixed the almonds in with the chicken salad and had to omit the mustard for DH. Only changes made. Thanks, Trisha for sharing this delightful recipe.
