"A waldorf-esque salad and one of my husband's favorites."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 2 gala apples, cored and sliced into thin, bite-sized pieces
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1⁄4 cup peanuts, crushed
• 1⁄4 cup golden raisin
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 dash nutmeg

directions

1. Mix ingredients together and serve.
2. Keep refrigerated.
