Pancake batter from Betty Crocker cookbook
- 3 eggs
- 709.77 ml all-purpose flour
- 532.32 ml milk (or to desired consistency)
- 44.37 ml sugar
- 88.74 ml shortening, melted or 88.74 ml vegetable oil
- 44.36 ml baking powder
- 7.39 ml salt

To this mixed batter add
- 236.59 ml oatmeal
- 118.29 ml wheat germ
- 14.78 ml vanilla
- 2.46 ml cinnamon
- 2-3 mashed bananas
- blueberries
directions
- Combine all ingredients except blueberries.
- On a hot griddle or greased frying pan, put 1/4 cup of batter.
- Sprinkle on the blueberries.
- Cook until bubbles form on edges.
- Freeze any cooled leftovers to enjoy later.

Made this entire recipe as given & we thoroughly enjoyed these tasty 'cakes, with some left over to enjoy later, while still being able to freeze a few just to see how that worked out! Hi! My husband, four children and I live in NY. I think my love of cooking and eating?is in my blood. My Grandma (who was 100% Norweigan) was a wonderful cook and my mom & sisters are as well. I really enjoy baking the most. If I had some time off I would bake and look for more new recipes to try!
