Ohhhlalala, so delicious! Taste is perfect! Exactly what I would buy from the old city with the delicious zaatar topping. Since I already had zaatar, all I had to do was make the dough which I find myself adding a little bit more flour to be able to work with the mixture. I should have made more since it didn't last so I'll be making this again today doubling the mixture this time! Thank you for sharing Aaliyah's mum :)

This was very good! My oven made the bottoms a little over-crispy but it's great anyway. Perfect with chumus (hummus).

These were so yummy! We ate them so quickly there was no left overs. Little Miss (DD) was so upset they finished quickly because she wanted more. Followed the recipe as written, didn't change a thing. I think next time I would double the amount. Thank you Aaliyah's mum.

This was very good. It came out crispy but poofy, like a cross between a pita and lavosh. I don't know if that's how it was supposed to be, or not, but we enjoyed it. Made for N*A*M*E Tag!
