This is a phenomenal recipe and SO easy to make! My husband and I can not stand watery tomato basil bisque and this over exceeded our expectations! I'm no photographer but I needed to take a photo to show how great it is! I also added a 1/4 cup of sugar to my recipe just to cut the acidity a little and a little tip if you LOVE the tomatoey taste of the soup and less cream I use Amore all natural tomato paste it's only 4.5 oz but its double concentrated and really packs a punch to your taste buds! I am also a basil lover so I doubled even tripled my basil but this is a great outline that you can tweak to how you bet enjoy tomato basil bisque. Happy cooking!

Restaurant quality! Very, very good. Lots of vitamin C! I added some sugar (1/4) cup to cut the acidity a bit. The baking soda helps also with that. Enjoy!
