I always double or triple the sauce ingredients since my family loves it poured over rice. The recipe listed is the original amounts. Can be done in the oven or crockpot. I also cut the ribs into smaller racks .The weight listed is approximate

I did these a bit differently than you have stated although. I put the ribs in a big dutch oven and then poured all the other ingredients over. Put them in the oven for 8-10 hours on 200 degrees. Perfect. They fell off the bone they were so moist. A nice touch other than usual way of just throwing some bbq sauce over all. Thanks for posting Wicked.~ Made for Holiday Tag!

  1. Simmer ribs slowly for an hour. Drain and transfer to a roasting pan or crockpot.
  2. Dissovle beef cube in the boiling water.
  3. Stir in cornstarch that has been mixed with the vinegar.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour over ribs and cook approx 45 minutes at 350 . Or 4-6 hours on low in crockpot.
  6. Serve with rice.
