- 8 lbs frozen chicken wings
- 1 cup zesty Italian salad dressing
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
- spicy mustard
directions
- Preheat the pven to 450 degrees.
- Line 2 pans with foil and nonstick spray.
- Set a single layer of wings on the pan.
- Pour the salad dressing all over the wings, saturating them.
- Sprinkle worchestrshire sauce, saturating the wings.
- Squirt some spicy mustard, depending on your taste.
- Put in the oven for 1 hour and 45 min., Turning them over repeatedly.
- Turn the temperature down to 350 degrees after 45 minute.

I made this a little bit different. I used about 5 lbs. of wings that I cut into 2 sections (left the wing tips on) and mixed all of the sauce ingredients together in a big bowl. I added garlic and kept tasting and adding until it was to my liking. Then I put the wings in the sauce, stirred them around, and dumped the whole thing in the pan. I baked them as directed but not for quite as long. They were super tasting, fall off the bone, great little appies. Thanks for sharing a true keeper. Made for PAC Fall 2011.
