SWEET POTATO MIXTURE
- 473.18 ml mashed sweet potato (do not use canned)
- 236.59 ml sugar (START WITH 1/2 CUP AND ADD MORE TO TASTE)
- 78.78 ml butter (melted)
- 236.59 ml whole milk
- 2.46 ml nutmeg
- 2.46 ml cinnamon

CRUNCHY TOPPING
- 177.44 ml corn flakes (crushed)
- 118.29 ml pecans (chopped)
- 118.29 ml brown sugar
- 78.78 ml butter (melted)

SWEET POTATO MIXTURE:
- Mash sweet potato.
- Put all ingredients listed for sweet potato mixture in a medium sized mixing bowl and mix well.
- Pour into greased 9 inch square pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- While this is baking make Crunchy Topping.

CRUNCHY TOPPING:
- Put all ingredients listed for crunchy topping in a medium sized mixing bowl and mix well.
- Spread Crunchy Topping mixture evenly over top of baked sweet potato mixture and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
