These were delicious! Instead of sprinkling with powdered sugar, I used coconut flakes. This couldn't be any more simple and refreshing. Thanks for the recipe!

Love these! I don't like how some lemon bars can be super gooey and almost like pie filling...these are nice and firm, with just the right hint of stickiness. great flavor! Next time I might put some zest in the crust. thanks so much!
Love these bars. So super easy. Made them for years. I Put a little lemon zest in the crust and also in the batter. Just for a little kick and it make it pretty. I also have made limes bars and done orange too.
