- Bake in greased roaster pan at 325* for one hour stirring every 10 minutes.

Wow, this is really yummy! And the name is perfect--I am a new mama and I plan to give this to a friend who is about to have a baby. The nutrients are great for a new mama--lots of iron, good fat, calcium, you name it! This reminds me a lot of the granola I used to buy at Big Sky Bread a long time ago. I used all pepitas for the nuts, which turned out nicely. Next time I might sub something in (maybe Craisins?) for some of the coconut as I am not the biggest fan. Thanks for posting!
