Seasoned cornmeal fried catfish.
- Mix the flour, seasoned salt, pepper, and cornmeal.
- Cover both sides of the catfish with the mix.
- Fry in about a tablespoon of oil in frying pan until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
I changed the flour to cornflour. This is what we used to use in Texas when I lived there. Comes out crunchier.
