  1. Mix ingredients in blender (except for bread and butter!).
  2. pour over bread.
  3. let soak for 20-30 minutes -- or longer.
  4. heat large skillet on medium/low heat.
  5. melt butter.
  6. add bread slices and saute slowly until brown on both sides.
  7. ENJOY!
