My mother made this clam dip every New Year's Eve. It's a family favorite.
- 2 (6 ounce) cans clams (minced or drained)
- 1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- Put clams and sour cream into a mixing bowl.
- Add garlic powder,worcestershire sauce,lemon juice and tobasco sauce.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir until all ingredients are blended well.
