This was just like something I used to make years ago and lost the recipe. It was fabulous and I think the almonds added a nice touch. Also very easy to make! Thanks for sharing! ~Sue

This recipe was fabulous! Easy and quick to make, I had all the ingredients on hand, and even my toddler loved it! I really liked the sauce - Yumm!

A nice good and easy dish! I too, used up my left over Easter ham. I didnt have any peppers handy so I used a bag of frozen mixed veggies (carrots, cauli, and peapods) I didnt carefully measure the sauce ingredants very carefully, the corn starch thickened things right up fast and quick.I also added some ginger and crushed red pepper for a bit of heat. Thanks for submitting this recipe.

Absolutely wonderful. I used this on some leftover Easter ham. The sweet and sour sauce is amazing!
