  • 1 12 cups yellow corn flour
  • 12 cup flour
  • 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • milk, as needed

  • Sift dry ingredients.
  • Add onion, egg, and creamed corn.
  • Use milk to thin mixture until it is pasty.
  • Stir well.
  • Deep fry until browned on all sides.
