This recipe is a very traditional one for my family. My mother has made this for my brothers and I for years. I was extreemly tempted not to share, but I think it's just too good not to let other people in on the secret... enjoy!

  1. In a large pot, boil butter, milk and sugar just until well mixed and plenty hot.
  2. Mix in oats, 1 cup coconut and cocoa.
  3. Roll into balls and roll hot balls in 1/2 cup of coconut to coat.
  4. Refrigerate till cool and set.
