If you are looking for something a little different to do with the same ole blah mashed potatoes, here you go.
- 4 russet potatoes (peeled, chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (whole, peeled)
- 44.37 ml butter
- 29.58 ml parmesan cheese
- Boil potatoes with garlic until tender; drain.
- With a potato masher, mash the potatoes and garlic.
- Add the butter, cheese, salt and pepper and continue to mash and stir until creamy.
