Sponge cake found Tokoroa, New Zealand. Traditionally served in a large roasting dish topped with sweetened whipped cream and Milo/fruit. Good times.

Directions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar together for 10 mins hard.
  2. Fold in Cornflour, flour and Baking Powder.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured roasting dish.
  4. Bake at 180C for 20mins or toothpick comes out clean.
