      This was very good. I had to make my pork on a George Forman Grill because of the weather here, so I marinated and grilled boneless pork loin chops and then cut them up before serving them. They cooked in the same 30 minutes as the sauce and both turned out wonderfully. We really liked this satay sauce much more than the ones that use peanut butter. Thanks for another great recipe Muffin Goddess! Made for PAC Spring 2013.

      Oh this is lovely, so full of flavor you will believe you were in the islands for sure. I followed this exactly, and marinated for the time indicated. Grill the pork up, after threading it on the skewers and grilled perfectly. Added the satay sauce, using the method mentioned~(not confusing) and it became delightfully thickened, and was so yummy! It makes a lot, so you might wanted to cut it down if using less pork. This was totally over the top good, and so very glad to make such a delightful dish! Made for ZWT7
