Malay Fried Chicken

"This is my own recipe. Very crispy and tasty. Goes well with hot rice and curry."

• Serves: 5

ingredients

• 10 chicken wings or 10 chicken drumsticks
• 5 small onions, pounded
• 3 garlic cloves, pounded
• 3 cm fresh ginger, pounded
• 1 tablespoon chicken curry powder
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 tablespoon chili paste
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 tablespoons flour
• salt
• sugar
• oil (for frying)

directions

1. Mix all the ingredients and marinade for two hours.
2. Deep fry until cook through.
3. Serve hot with white rice.
