"A quick and easy curry paste for a great tasting curry. Enough for 1 curry, so its a great idea to double or triple the recipe to have some on hand."

ingredients

• 4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 2 teaspoons ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 1 tablespoon green chili, seeded and finely chopped

directions

1. Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl until combined.
