This comes from my Low-carb cookbook. This looks like a nice alternative so the kids can toast along with the adults.

  1. In a large pitcher combine the carbonated water, ginger ale and grape juice.
  2. Pour over ice cubes.
  3. Serve in champagne or wine glasses.
