This comes from my Low-carb cookbook. This looks like a nice alternative so the kids can toast along with the adults.
- 1 liter carbonated water, chilled
- 1 liter ginger ale, chilled
- 24 ounces white grape juice, chilled
- ice cube
- In a large pitcher combine the carbonated water, ginger ale and grape juice.
- Pour over ice cubes.
- Serve in champagne or wine glasses.
what a fantastic and easy punch!! I've made this twice now and it's been a huge hit both times!
