  • Cook Potatoes, drain them and mash them.
  • Add sour cream, cream cheese, 4 tablespoons of butter, onion and salt and pepper. Mix until cream cheese and butter are melted.
  • Spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • Melt remaining butter and drizzle over potatoes and sprinkle w/ paprika.
  • You can refrigerate it or bake it immediately. Baked covered @ 350 for 40 minutes. Then uncover it and bake it 20 minutes longer.
  • If you decide to bake later, let the dish stand on counter for 30 minutes to come to room temperature before putting in oven.
